JCD Annual Brunch – 2017

Like every year, Jeunesse Contre la Drogue – JCD’s brunch was a resounding success and left an impression on everyone involved. The annual event, which creates awareness about drugs addiction and raised funds to support the services provided by JCD, took place on Thursday, November 23^rd at Michael Garden – Ghazir.

The guests were entertained by the stunning performance of the stars Cynthia Karam & Bruno Tabbal.

A community service award was given to “Le Bon Samaritain” for their continued support for the NGO’s rehabilitation center located in Jouret El Termos – Ftouh Keserwan. A recognition award was also given to Mrs. Joyce Salem, JCD’s board member, for her exemplary efforts with JCD after being nominated by the staff and beneficiaries to receive the award.

There wasn’t a dry eye in Michael Garden by the time the life testimonial concluded and with good reason. Every single lady at the event concluded that drug addicts are no criminals; instead they are sick people who need the help of each and every one of us.
